Are you really inclined to know how to find and do work that you love? This is a great TEDxGoldenGatePark video by Scott Dinsmore. This is inspiring! It is about 18 minutes long and delivered passionately. Scott did an extensive research and came up with nuggets that will help you. Though for older persons, you might relate easily with the 'meat' of the talk.

Scott Schwefel has helped several people in the course of building Minnesota’s largest technology training company. Scott used personality assessments to help people understand each other and understand clients and customers. His study of personality led to an awareness of brain science and how our brains enable us to communicate with each other. He has taught principles of brain science and communications techniques throughout North America, Europe and Asia, and to over 1300 CEOs globally. He is worth hearing. This  local TEDx  event was produced independently of the TED Conferences.

Getting to know yourself could be an herculean task. However, there are too many only Personality test sites that you could use to at least tell you a little bit about yourself.
