"It’s funny how once you get to know someone, it becomes easy to peg them: “Oh, Sara’s not like that.” “Ah, James, he’s a different type.” But when it comes to ourselves, it seems we’re on a never-ending quest of self-discovery. With whom should I go on a date?” And thus we look for answers in the form of ENTJ, INFP and the like." More
Scott Schwefel has helped several people in the course of building Minnesota’s largest technology training company. Scott used personality assessments to help people understand each other and understand clients and customers. His study of personality led to an awareness of brain science and how our brains enable us to communicate with each other. He has taught principles of brain science and communications techniques throughout North America, Europe and Asia, and to over 1300 CEOs globally. He is worth hearing. This local TEDx event was produced independently of the TED Conferences.
